"We came to your hotel due to a death in the family, and the funeral was in Allentown. My grandmother had passed away, and I had my father (her son) and my daughter with me. We had driven 11+ hours from Richmond, Ky and the night we arrived, the clerk on the front desk was very rude and non-caring and as he was eating while at the desk, actually answered the phone while we were waiting and after giving someone directions to the hotel commented "Oh, there's more work for me!" He switched us from a one bed smoking room to a two bed non-smoking room, and claimed there was an additional charge of $5 for the change even though there were no two bed rooms available at the time I made the reservations (3 days prior). Then he told me I would have to talk to Victor(manager) the next morning. the Clerk stated "he didn't want to argue with me, he didn't make the rules." Victor was great and switched us again to a two bed smoking room which was what we had requested all along. Victor really came through and made what started out to be a horrible adventure into a relatively pleasant stay under the circumstances."
