"I have been trying to speak with customer service about my stay here because we were treated very rudely by the staff. they were extremely unaccomadating and made us feel as if we were imposing upon them with our concerns... I hope they find a way to rectify this situation or i fear i will not stay with them again..."

"THIS HOTEL IS OLD & DIRTY. THE ROOM SEEMED TO BE "DAMP". THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN(I KNOW BECAUSE I SMELLED THEM TO BE SURE BEFORE MY FAMILY SLEPT ON THEM), BUT THE COMFORTERS WERE OLD AND FILTHY. THE ROOMS DEFINALELY NEED TO BE REVOVATED. WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND THE BEDS WERE MADE WHEN WE ARRIVED BACK FOR OUR SECOND NIGHT & WE HAD CLEAN TOWELS. THEY HAD A NICE BREAKFAST ROOM WITH A GOOD SELECTION AND THE BEST PART WAS THAT THEY OFFERED A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM CEDAR POINT PARK. IT WAS AN O.K. PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD DOWN AFTER A LONG DAY."
