"The front desk was unattended often. The elevator broke down and we had to use the stairs. There was no fresh coffee as promised on Sunday morning. We originally we're given a room right next to the elevator. When we requested another room we we're told that it would cost another $5.00 a night. Not very accomodating. Sometimes employees forget who pays their salaries."

"The one major problem was poor housekeeping. The TV and table had not been dusted. The Refrigerator needed defrosting (I did it myself and removed over four pounds of frost ice.) The ice bucket and lid were gooey. The breakfast was spartain. The desk person tried as hard as she could to be accommodating but she had no staff to help. This hotel quite convienient and comfortable. It just needs a bit of supervision and it could be a very good value for the money."
