Forget the Sheraton when staying in Columbus.
"The room was cold to start with and after speaking to the front desk, who sent someone up to check it, when we got back room was 76 degrees. It never cooled down. We were gone all day and came back to a unmade bed, and towels still on the floor. When we made a call to the front desk the lady told me she would call the maid service and call me back. She never called back and I called maid service myself. The maid who came was very nice and did a great job. The next day the same thing happened. This time my husband went down to the front desk and the same girl told him that the reason we weren't getting room service was we kept putting our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. We never used the sign the entire time we stayed at the Sheraton. No apology from the girl, no attempt to make it up. For the cost of the hotel service was terrible. You never felt as though the front desk staff was interested in you as a customer."
