The only suggestion I would make is for housekeeping to check to be sure all the lightbulbs work. The lamp on the side of the bed I use had a bulb that didn't work.

If you have an early flight, this hotel can't be beat! The convenience is outstanding, and being able to park right at the hotel is an excellent deal, too.

every time we left & came back, our door key wouldn't work and we had to walk to the office to get it re-programmed, which was quite a walk and it was cold outside. Very frustrating!! There was no hair dryer or iron in the room.

The t.v. only had about 5 or 6 channels and the reception was poor. Next time we will choose a hotel with a restaurant inside of it.

The evening clerk did not even know how to give directions to the hotel. The lamp in the room had burned out light bulb and the security lock on the door was loose and broken. The breakfast food was mediocre. The woman front desk clerk in the morning was helpful. It was a terribly disappointing experience!

Our stay at your hotel was great. I have to give particular credit to the attendant who checked us in and the shuttle bus driver who went the extra mile. Both were very friendly and helpful.
