"First of all, they gave me a smoking room (without asking me first) and without a view to outside. When I complained, they moved me to a room (double bed) with a small window view next to a bed. So the view was useless. You have to step to the bed in order to look outside. Bathroom is too small."

"stayed extra and got no room service,no towels,etc. room was next to atrium and was woken at 6am, they were setting up tables and chairs. been using this hotel since back in the stouffer ownership days,it was my favorite hotel. I HAD TWO ROOMS,SPENT OVER 800.00 FOR TWO DAYS."
