"The pan American hotel was convient for us because we arrived at JFK and took advantage of their free shuttle service and then again used the shuttle service the next morning to LGA. For someone transfering airports or needeing a hotel close to the airport its very convient. It was a little tired and needed a good vacuuming but it was fine. The restuarant in the hotel was adequateand reasonable. They poured a really good drink. I would use the hotel again for a quick overnight close to the hotel for a quick sleep."

"No alarm clock in the room, and every noise above, beside, and in the hallway can be heard. Ask to be in a room on the opposite end of the disco if staying in the weekend or there will added noise. The hotel was clean, basic necessities, friendly staff, on-time shuttle to airport. A great hotel to be based out of (just to sleep/shower)then travel time to sights and manhattan. Nothing significant in walking distance. Also if traveling by car, parking available and reasonable versus downtown hotels."
