"Room was smaller than expected, bed was smaller than advertised (queen rather than king), and parking was not included in the room rate as we had been told ($30 additional per 24 hours-- normal for NYC). View was superb, location was convenient to midtown, service was good. Delightful indoor pool, better than basic workout center, adequate indoor tennis, relatively inaccessible business center (behind reception). Restaurant makes a great-- and massive-- bacon swiss burger ($14), but we had to ask for it, as it and other sandwiches were not on the standard luncheon menu, which eerily resembled that of the Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel, both in content and in price."

"My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay at the Millennium. Walk a couple of blocks and you are on the Underground system and the whole of NY is in easy access. Like most of NY the service can be sultry and staff seem to think that their smallest gesture should result in an gratuity, I will use the hotel again, and would certainly recommend it to friends."

"Pros: Magnificent view and friendly staff (suggested excellent restaurant near by). Clean and comfortable. Cons: Florescent lights were flickering, TV reception was bad, in-room fax was broken. For the hefty price I expected it to be better maintained."
