Many guests praised the hotel's location, describing it as close to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Macy's, the subway, LaGuardia Airport, restaurants, shopping and attractions.
The hotel's accommodations were complimented by numerous lodgers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well equipped, with great city views and comfortable beds and pillows. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
