Numerous travellers praised the hotel's value. They described the rates as reasonable, cheap, budget friendly and economical, and also cited the free breakfast as adding to the hotel's overall worth. One guest noted, "If you want a quiet, economical NYC experience this hotel is your best choice rather than a $350+ per night in a large, noisy, busy up town hotel".
The hotel's location was enjoyed by many reviewers. They found it close to the subway, the Flatiron Building, the Empire State Building, restaurants, shopping, Broadway, Fifth Avenue, Macy's and Times Square.
