The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, location and rooms.
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and found the staff to be accommodating, professional, friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. One guest remarked, "I had to write a review for the great staff they have there. They provided me with attractions to see, directions, food recommendations and a pleasant smile every time I walked through the door".
The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it close to the financial district, public transit, restaurants, Starbucks, the 9/11 Memorial Site, grocery stores, the South Street Seaport and the Statue of Liberty. One patron noted, "Perfect location to financial district, Staten Island ferry and Brooklyn on the 2 or 3 Subway station right next door. Federal Reserve, City Hall, Zeytuna Market, Capital Grill, Bobby Van's, Trinity Restaurant on Broadway, Adrienne's, Fraunces Tavern, the 220 Restaurant on Fulton? All nearby".

Some reviewers were disappointed with the noise level at the hotel. They reported street noise in lower-floor rooms, noisy in-room air conditioning, noise from guests in adjacent rooms and the hallways, and noise in rooms located near the elevators.
Although the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and comfortable rooms, a few travellers criticized their accommodations. They reported small rooms and beds, dated decor and no in-room safes.
