"I have sent a e-mail complaining about the standard of service and the room we were given on arrival.One small bed for two people, in the rest of the world a twin room means two beds! We had to pay an extra 500 dollars to move to suite to enable us to sleep! We had other family members staying there and they had to check out and find another hotel as their room was so dirty they had to buy slippers to keep their feet clean! Not a great advert for your company. I do not know if i could risk using your company again. I would be pleased to receive your comments on this matter."
