"my only comment would be that the clerk on duty when we checked in didnt seem to know a lot about the area or directions...we asked him how far State Street was and he didnt even know where it was...we found that rather odd since its in Albany near the capital building! other than that, the hotel was clean,staff friendly, rooms comfortable and we would definitely stay there again"
