"The shuttle was not very convenient and not what I thought it would be from the internet description. Very few restaurants in the area but they would shuttle you to Hilton which has several but usually the wait for the shuttle made walking more desireable. Only making the shuttle available until 10 pm----in Reno, come on! Had to wait 3 days to get an internet modem. Need more of those. The breakfast was lousy. Could have better cereal, and hot cereal and hot chocolate without really doing anything."

"The staff was poor in customer greeting and service. The hotel facility needs a serious face lift. The hotel furniture was old and dirty. A truly grimmy and hotel.
I travel all over the country and I have stayed in many hotels. This is without question, the worst. Many of my business associates ask me for hotel referrals particularly at the national chamber of commerce or the Internatinal Economic Development Council. I will tell them to stay away from this one."
