The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who found it close to The Strip, MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood, public transit, casinos, restaurants and shopping. One patron remarked, "The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Vegas Strip, just a block or two from New York New York & MGM Grand, and about 4 or 5 blocks from Belagio & Caesar's Palace. It sits a block back off Las Vegas Blvd. so you don't have the constant traffic & pedestrian noise, but in less than 5 minutes you can be mingling with the constant stream of revelers and taking in the sights of the Vegas Strip, dining or drinking at nearly any style of restaurant or bar imaginable".
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms and great views of The Strip. Some guests did complain that the studio rooms were too small, however.
