Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their suites as clean, well equipped, comfortable, spacious and modern, with good Wi-Fi. A few guests reported dated decor, however.
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers, who found them to be friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Several lodgers praised the hotel's location. They described it as restful, and close to the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Grand hotel, restaurants, public transit and the airport.
The hotel's breakfast was also praised by several guests, who described it as healthy and very good, with several hot and cold choices. One reviewer noted, "Breakfast was much better than I expected. They had either scrambled eggs, french toast, or waffles everyday as well as bacon, sausage, or ham. Fruit, cereal, and yogurt were also available". The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the breakfast, noise transfer and the ice machines.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with the quality and variety of the free breakfast, a few guests had complaints. They found the breakfast room to be too crowded without enough seating, and were disappointed that plastic cutlery was used and that items ran out.
Noise disruptions were mentioned by a few patrons. They reported noisy guests in the hallways and in overhead rooms, as well as noise from the airport and the in-room air-conditioning units.
A few guests reported the hotel's ice machines were out of order for long periods of time. As noted above, a few guests described their in-room decor as dated, although most guests seemed very pleased with their rooms.
