Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's location, describing it as central, on the Las Vegas Strip and close to the monorail station, restaurants, shopping and other casinos. One patron noted, "The location is by far the best part, though - its right in the middle of the Strip, and it's easy to go anywhere!".
The hotel's staff were praised by many reviewers, who characterized them as accommodating, efficient and friendly. One guest remarked, "In all the travel we've done, we have never been treated with so much joy and respect at check in. Joey took the time to answer our questions, made sure our room accommodations were correct etc. He treated us like we were the most important customers of the day".
