One patron remarked, "The staff was all wonderful from housekeeping to the valets. Check-in took mere minutes and the staff was wonderful. Room service was superb... I was quoted longer times than I actually had to wait. Even when they said 30 minutes, or more, it was delivered within 10 to 15 minutes".
