The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and location.
Many guests praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, efficient, attentive and helpful. One patron remarked they were, "greatly impressed by each and every employee I came in contact with: housekeeping staff, hostess, wait staff, pool employees and maintenance. I've never encountered such a group of friendly, accommodating people".
The hotel's lodgings were enjoyed by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well equipped and well maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows and efficient air conditioning. A few patrons had complaints about their accommodations, however (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it close to The Strip, highway access, the airport, restaurants and shopping. One guest noted, "The hotel is small - only about 300 rooms - and is located south of the strip, so there's less hustle and bustle. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway, yet had an exciting casino and plenty to do".
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the rooms and added costs.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and comfortable rooms, a few guests had complaints about their lodgings. They reported poor Wi-Fi signals, no free in-room fridges or coffeemakers and cigarette odours in non-smoking rooms. Noisy in-room air conditioners were also reported by some patrons.
A few guests were disappointed with the added costs they incurred during their stay. They found the added Wi-Fi fee and fridge rental fee to be unnecessary and overpriced.
