"We were forced to stay in our room much of the time because my purse was locked in the safe and the hotel personnel could not or would not find anyone to open the room safe until after 12am the next morning. This was from 4:30 the day of arrival! I was sick because my medicine was in the safe, and I truley believe they would not have done anything about the safe until my hyusband told them that my meds were in the safe! Security just kept lying to us( a man named Martell). When we finally got out of the room to eat at the Crab Shack the soup they brought with my meal looked like vomit, so I asked to be brought a salad instead,they refused even thought I never even accepted the soup. Therefore I only had crab legs to eat, nothing else for 17.00, what a rip off!. So was I satisfied, I don't think so!"

"Everything was great except the long lines at check-i. They have automated check-out, why can't they have automated check-in with little computers like they do at the airport?"

"I found the parking to be very problematic. I had to get further instructions on the parking situation. It was not that pleasant looking at a 13inch Television after paying over $100 dollars a night. I've been to Hotels all over the world and I have never seen the price of food at the restaraunts in the hotel. Also, the elevators were unusally slow in the hotel on Sunday."
