Disgusting!!!!
"My room was filthy, I requested a king size bed and got 2 double beds. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub! The thermostat didn't work and my room was hot and incredibly uncomfortable. House keeping didn't show up until 8pm of the second day, and when I asked them if they could come back in a half hour so I could shower, they never returned! The facility is supposed to be smoke free however, every inch reaked of stale cigarette smoke. This hotel is disgusting, the staff are miserable and I will never stay there again."
