The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests, who found them friendly, attentive, professional and helpful with recommendations and directions. One reviewer remarked, "The front desk folks were super nice and greeted me every morning and even warned me a couple of mornings that it was slippery out. Who does that anymore?! That was a nice surprise that they cared enough to let a total stranger know that it was slippery outside".
Numerous lodgers praised their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their lodgings (see below).
