"My main complaint concerns the difficulty we encountered in trying to locate the hotel. Raleigh is a very difficult town to deal with when driving. We called the hotel at one point to ask for directions to the hotel and were placed on hold....no one seemed to be able to help. We finally found the hotel but it was no easy task. I think we went past the hotel twice before we found it. I don't know what I would suggest to help travelers in the future. I only know that the hotel was not easily located."
