"Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. During my stay I managed to lock myself out of my room at 2am and there was someone there to very courteously help. I also had an incident of a male, who I didnt know, calling my room one night asking personal questions, if I was married, if I wanted to meet/go out/stay with him - staying alone, I was a little uneasy about the situation and Matthew (I am sorry, I never got a last name) was very comforting in that there was no possibility that someone other than myself could get my room key. I felt much better about the situation and was more at ease about my stay that night."
