"I am not please each time I reserve a room at your hotel (2-3 times a year)that it is always located in the rear of the hotel. When I ask for a room change, I am told nothing else is available. I also did not like that you had to request a linen change, it should be a daily routine."

"TV was not working when I checked in. I called at 6:00 AM and TV problem was not fixed at 5:00 PM The front desk called maintenance but obviously did not follow up. I still would choose this hotel again."
