"They over charged my bank account by 100.00 dollars. If you wanted a simple water or drink, they made you order room service which costed triple. The only drink machine in the entire hotel would not accept dollars or change. We also ordered a luggage cart for our departure and waited thrity min. for it not to arrive. Thus making us late for our appointment. It was a horrible experience. I had a reservation next week with the omni in New York, and it will be canceled!"
