"I was disappointed in the rooom I was assigned because I was right next to the elevator and placed in a smoking room as a non-smoker. The problem to be corrected is that I was not asked by your staff for my room preferences. The fact that I chose to stay in the room was due to a very demanding business schedule, and I didn't have the extra time or energy to correct this situation, so was simply forced to accept it."

"I requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived with my key, my room door did not open after several attempts. Finally my door was opened from the inside by a maid who was smoking in my room! She sheepishly scurried out. I called down to the main desk and was given another, clean-smelling room with a king size bed and jacuzzi bath tub. If I had stayed in my original room, the stay would have been average at best."
