"My family and I had mixed experience of this hotel. We were booked for just one night and, thanks to a flight delay, checked in only around 6:15am. The associate at check-in was not very helpful or friendly. When we asked for a late check-out he said "No" without explaining. We asked a different person later and again got "No", but at least the explanation that they were fully booked. I explained our circumstances, including the fact that we have an infant whose sleep had been disrupted, but still No. When we checked out there seemed to a small reduction in the rate charged, which was welcome; but still an explanation earlier would have been welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean, I only regret that (due to unfortunate circumstances) we could not enjoy it for longer!"
