"we were impressed with the hotel,very comfortable bed, but in the middle of the night the ac quit working. my husband, as a former ac man determined that it was frozen up, so we ran it on fan for an hour and got it cooling again. It took several hours for the room to get comfortable again. since it was 1am in the morning, we knew we would have to move if this did not work, moving would be more inconvience. We notified the desk clerk, Simon, about the ac so that it would be checked by technition, before someone else would have the problem. Simon was very pleasent and courtious and thanked us for letting him know."
