Wonderful place to stay....But need to improve on manners.
"The only problem I had with this hotel was check in. He was to the point but not in a friendly and welcoming way! Yes I got the cookies...but I did not get information on parking and my husband had to come back and get his pass to enter the parking deck.I also had to go back to the desk and ask for my breakfast voucher that was included in my room package!!!"
