"Two things stood out as negative factors: USA Today is not what I consider a newspaper. I want the city's newspaper when the city is the size of Charlotte, NC. 2nd, When you put coffee makers in the rooms, consider that many guests would like their coffee to be stronger than colored water. This was laughable. Otherwise, a fine, comfortable hotel, with a very friendly staff"
