need to resolve room keys not working over one time.
"I had to make several trips to the front desk to get new door keys, that part was a hassle as I was on the 6th floor and always had my hands full and had to tote all my stuff back downstairs to get new key. Very upsetting at times as I was on a tight schedule, it kept me very stressed."

"Hotel room was moldy smelling. Bathroom grout kept coming off and sticking to our feet. No exhaust fan in bathroom....showers added to the humidity already high there in the room."
