"We arrived early and had to wait to check in over 3 hours. At 2:00PM a room was ready but it reeked of smoke and we specifically asked for a non-smoking room due to my alergies. After a very tedious and annoying process another room was found and it was at best a dump. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling. The bathroom light flickered off and on. The tub was stained and the drain would not close. The other sink was stained and also was unable to hold water. The room smelled and was musty. I live near a villager in Rockford that is a showplace and I use it often for visiting guests to my church. The one in St. Roberts was a dump and should be condemned. If the operators are not going to clean the place up and invest in the building maybe their franchise should be pulled before they damage your reputation further. My son is stationed at Fort Leonard wood and I will make sure I never stay at your facility there again. I also communicated this to his fellow soldiers."
