St. Louis Parkway could be better
"Location for visitors to the Barnes Medical complex is excellent; price is reasonable. We had problems with the room being much too cold with A/C set at 60 degrees and a noisy ventilation fan that didn't go off until midnight; front desk no help. Breakfast was mediocre; no fruit, weak lukewarm coffee, lukewarm water for tea. Very convenient, low cost parking."

"Hotel had bedbugs. The hotel is beautiful and appears clean, but my room smelled slightly like someone's catheter bag seam burst."

"This new hotel looks promising, but seems to still be working out some kinks in customer service. The hotel was consistently understaffed during my three-day stay, expecting at times a single person to handle all incoming reservations and guest calls, deal with everyone checking in our out, and even to run the cash register at the adjoining snack center. We didn't get the room we reserved and had a frustrating time trying to resolve the issue. Incoming calls from friends in the area trying to reach us were simply ignored. And, someone trying to drop off a package was told we had never checked in. In our three days, we were probably at the front desk for a total of an hour just waiting for someone to help us with one thing or another."
