"when we arrived at the hotel we asked for a different room because the room they assigned us had the smell of old ciggarette smoke, and the restroom was filthy. The room that we stayed in was cleaner, but the people next door were smokers and the smoke came through the adjoining doors. I went to the fitness room the next morning to work out only to find all of the equipment covered in mud, like a bunch of farmers came in with work boots on to work out. The swimming pool was not as clean as it could have been, the tile was surrounding the pool was filthy, and one of the entrance doors was broken and held up with a trash can. I felt really bad that my family's visit to Saint Louis included a hotel stay like this one. If I had known my way around the city, I would have made reservations somewhere else. The best part of the stay was how friendly the staff is."

"The staff was very friendly but the room needed painting and the bathtub had bad rust around the drain. It did not meet the standards of the other Comfort Inns that I have stayed at. It was also more expensive."
