"front desk could not find our reservations we were there 1 hour trying to get it resolved. front desk was not customer service oriented or very informed, had to talk to a manager before any simple issue could be resolved. I don't know if that had to do with our low rate or shouldn't we be given the same service as everyone else? Other then that the room was great for the price. we ended up staying a 3rd night which was last minute but they said it wouldn't be a problem we would have to switch rooms and it shouldn't be more then 1 hour wait. It ended up being 3 hours, would have been 5 hours but we kept pursuing the issue. We had to put everything in our car until it was resolved that was ridiculous. We wadted 1/2 of our day dealing with that we should have just went home. The pool was green our whole stay."

It also has access to every major road and back road so one can arrive anywhere in Branson, Missouri within minutes. Guests can enjoy the huge indoor pool and hot tub, full service marina, 24-hours front desk, fitness center, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and much, much more. The hotel offers a studio, one or two bedroom condo fully equipped with all the comforts of home.
