Mediocre but could be much better with the right management.
"Room AC units are very noisy and didn't cool the room adequately. Electric outlets are worn out they won't hold electric plugs in the outlets. The room cleaning service was very slow at 2:15pm the room hadn't been cleaned. We called the front desk to see how much longer until our room would be cleaned and we were told that house cleaning worked until 4:30p and they will get to our room but they couldn't tell us when. Rooms were nice size with 2 queen size beds. Bathroom ceiling panels need replaced as well as ceiling fan. 3 pools are very nice. Some routine maintenance would go a long way in keeping up standard expectations of hotel quality."
