Many guests praised their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as quiet, clean, spacious and modern, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, good water pressure and great city views. A few lodgers did mention they wished their rooms had a mini-fridge, however.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by numerous patrons. They found it close to restaurants, shopping, Minneapolis Convention Center, pubic transit, Loring Park, Nicolette Mall and downtown Minneapolis.
Several reviewers were pleased with the customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as friendly, professional and knowledgeable. One guest remarked, "The best part was the customer service. I made a mistake on the reservation and the [staff] went out of their way to help me out. There was miscommunication with breakfast being included or not - they took care of that was well. I could not ask for a better result".
