People rich facilities poor
"The water in the bathroom sink did not work well. The TV in the room was blurry and impossible to watch. The closet was old and paint was chipping. Also, it was not apparent if Internet was available. I could not find it although I did not ask. The good news were the staff was great and very helpful. They made the hotel worth recommending."

relaxing but a bit dissapointing.
"The staff missed a golden opportunity! We were celebrating our twentieth wedding anniversary (I shared this with the desk clerk)But there was absolutely no recognition. ie.. a simple note thank us for chosing the hotel to dinner or a bottle of champagne nothing I"m not looking for a free anything I just thought recognizing the little things makes for a better guest expierence and helping to make a big anniversary a bit more special would make them stand out in a positive way."
