"Check in was 3:00 but we couldn't check in until 3:45 due to rooms not being ready. Somewhat frustrating because we still had to be out by noon next day. I felt someone should have compensated some way because of the inconvenience. We missed the shuttle to the train because of the delay."

"We used the park and fly service offered by the hotel which is one of the main reasons we stayed there. Received some rather poor customer service from the front desk clerk 1/30/04, when inquiring about the shuttle service from the airport. (Snotty in other words) Also, shuttle should be marked with the hotel logo for customers to recognize it also. Hotel could use some renovations, but has location going for it for the Mall of America and the airport region."
