"I was dissapointed that my room was not cleaned after the first night of my stay. I knocked on a maintenance door and asked that I could at least receive coffee and fresh towels and have my garbage cleaned. There was new coffee and towels--but nothing else got done. I also wished there was a better entrance (closer) to my room. I was in 377 and was told the easiest door to use to get to my room was the lobby. I had to walk down some steps to get to an elevator to get to my room. I am not handicapped but with several bags, this was a long trek."
