"The door to our room would stick. If you did not push it shut real hard it could just be pushed open. Also the hot tub did not work while we were there and the pool had some kind of film on it. My husband went in and smelled a bad smell and noticed how he was coated with some type of film. We left the pool area and went back to our room. We only stayed two nights but sorry to say were not impressed at all. Also the hotel charged our credit card on top of the on line service that charged us. It took several phone calls to get to the right person to get this charge off our credit card. Finally on my last call (three weeks later) the book keeper (who apologized for our inconvenience)stated she never received the message and immediately took the charge off. She gave my very prompt attention which was definately appreciated so that I would not get a finance charge for not paying the card off because of the charge."
