"First when I decided to get this I went on line and reserved it, after I did, I was curious to see what the room itself looked like and to my surprise I wasn't able to pull up a picture, that bothered me...alot! Then after I checked in, my room was a smoking room, I got off the elevator, the entire floor reaked of smoke, I understand that I did get a smoking room but I've stayed at plenty of hotels and never has another place smelled this bad. The company that stopped by that weekend also made a comment on how terrible that it smelt, and she also smokes. I had also requested to have extra pillows in the room. I am guessing that because I had to call for these pillows after I checked in that nobody reads the on line reservations. To top it all off...I was also told that there was a king size bed and a king size pull out, which obviously was not true, it was a single pull out. and when we had to finally use it, there were no sheets, blankets, pillows or nothing for it and then we ended up having to get them ourselves at 12 a.m. I am very dissappointed in the hotel and the service especially because of the amount I paid to get what I could have gotten at a dumpy motel.
