"We used this hotel as a stop over for our vacation on Mackinac Island. Our plane arrived late at night and no ferry rides would have been available at that time. We rode in a van with the pilots to the hotel because it was right across the street from the airport. It appeared to be clean and neat. We did wish there was an elevator with our heavy luggage, however. I thought it was strange that it didn't have one. It is in a small town with not many ammenities (pizza or Chinese delivery unavailable) but they will microwave pizzas that they have on hand(?). The complimentary continental breakfast in the morning was very nice, though, and the staff was very helpful with that. On our trip back, we stayed again and used the pool/hottub. There was a lot of foam in the hottub, and I think that means it needed to be cleaned. It wasn't as hot as it should have been, either. Everything else seemed clean, including the room and bathroom. The lobby was attractively decorated."
