"I have two complaints. I made reservations on-line at freehotelsearch.com on Friday afternoon, however, when I arrived at the Courtyard Marriot they had no records of my reservation and the desk cleark even called the national hotel resevations hotline. Luckily, there were rooms available, however, I am leary about making future reservations on-line with Freehotelsearch.com. My second complaint, though minor is with the hotel. The pillows were way too soft and as a result, I did not sleep well at all and my neck was very sore. So next time I will bring my own pillows. Overall my stay was nice. The staff was very friendly and the next morning I enjoyed a breakfast buffet - a little pricey @ 8.95 per person but the food was delicious. Thank you, Cecile A. Gabriel"
