Excellent location and customer service.
"The customer service was excellent. Our rooms were spaceous and the view great. We had to request more cups from room service that were not replaced daily. Our reason for picking this hotel was the price we paid. We were very satisfied with the rooms, pool, shops, location and service. Had to leave one day early for Hurricane Irene but was reimbursed for that night."

"Very late in opening the indoor pool. It was suppose to open at 9:00am and even after letting the front desk know at 9:15 it will wasn't opened until nearly 10:00am. Also the one elevator doors closed why to fast and my 20 month old grandson did not get out with his parents and was alone on the elevator from the second floor to the ninth where an old lady found him and brought him to the front desk where he was reunited with his parents. An old lady did not get on the same elevator with her group becasue the doors close so fast. This was scarey. Other than that the trip was good. It was a good short vacation. I don't know if I could do a follow week."
