"Pertaining to our stay, we found the staff more involved with their own conversation than on waiting on us. My daughter upgraded the room for us and no one bothered to tell us or even mention it to us. People can make a less than great place great, but people can also make a great place not so great. I wouldn't rate this hotel very high. It wasn't even worth a call to complain to the manager as far as I'm concerned. Actually, the staff appeared "indifferent" and "unprofessional" in appearance.
On the hotel's behalf though, perhaps we just caught people "at a bad time" and the next person who goes there may have a great time."
