Built on a pier, Pier V Hotel is adjacent to the National Aquarium, two blocks from Harborplace's shops and restaurants, and approximately 10 miles from Baltimore Washington International Airport. This location is also a mile from the Baltimore Convention Center and Maryland Science Center, two miles from Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and four miles from Johns Hopkins University and the Baltimore Museum of Art.
Hotel amenities include the atrium lobby, complimentary evening Crabby Hour, and Saturday Chocolate Bar with chocolate fountains. The waterfront hotel houses Ruth's Chris Steak House, McCormick & Schmick's (fresh seafood), and Pier 5 Cafe which offers a hot breakfast buffet daily. My Panini is the newest restaurant. It is the first restaurant chain to specialize in Panini offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch menu. The hotel also offers concierge assistance, room service, valet or self-parking (fee applies), complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas, and local shuttle service. Pier V Hotel is entirely nonsmoking. The hotel charges a daily destination fee of 9.95, which covers local and toll-free calls, high-speed Internet access in guestrooms, wireless Internet access in public areas, unlimited incoming and outgoing faxes, up to 20 free photocopies per day, computer and printer access (including laptop loans), daily newspapers, two bottles of water per day, local shuttle service, and tickets to the Crabby Hour and Chocolate Bar.
