"I have stayed at a good amount of hotels. From the Holiday Inn to The Plaza and Trump International Hotel in NY City. I can only tell you what I like to have, and some of the things I would fix. As soon as I walked in my room I thought it was pretty small for the price. Second thing I noticed was a big stain on the bedspread that we noticed right away. I also had a washcloth with stains. The windows had a film so they were hard to see out. The icebox wasn't very cold. There was half a bottle of someon eles's orange juice left in our frig. The next day no one restocked our frig so we were without water and so on. No vending machines on our floor. No extra things offered like the bed turned down or a newspaper at our door when we got up and so on. I probably would not stay there again. I would tell friends it was ok and close to attractions. I loved the bed and the down pillows but after seeing the big stain I was almost afraid to sleep in it. My husband and I both got bites in the room. I know it sounds like a lot of complaints and I am sorry about that. But for that same price I could have stayed in Times Square and had a lot more. We did like the help we got downstairs when we needed to make a directions. The housekeeper was very nice. Once again no one checks up to see how you are and if you need anything."
