"I was very disappointed with my stay. On our first night there was no air condition and it was very hot and stuffy. None of the ice machines were working and you had to walk all the way down to the bar to get ice. Both Jacuzzi's were broke and we were unable to enjoy a relaxing night in the jacuzzi. Breakfast in the restaurant was very slow. 45 minutes to get eggs. Some of our friends sat for an hour and didn't get served at all. When I complained to the front desk about our stay the front desk agent cut me off and didn't want to hear it. She said I had to talk to the manager. I then explained my disappointment to the manager and she informed me that the she would reley my complaints to the GM and have her call me."

"We were there for a Thanksgiving family meal in the Hubble Room. The food was not good....turkey dry, stuffing poor, sweet potatos very weak. A major disappointment... The breakfasts that we had at the restaurant were good but overpriced. The service was very impressive."
